Children’s Worker

St Paul’s Ealing are looking to recruit a new children’s worker to lead and develop these ministries at St Paul’s. This is a role that could suit either someone who is looking to train on the job as a children’s worker or someone who is more experienced and looking for a new challenge. Therefore as part of the role, there will be the opportunity for study/training with the option of obtaining a qualification in children’s work.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and enthusiastic individual to plan, develop and grow a rewarding ministry.  This is a development role to build on the existing children and families ministry at St Paul’s and strategically grow it with particular emphasis on discipleship, evangelism and outreach.

You’ll join a friendly, committed and motivated team and be part of a resourcing church that is planting & revitalising churches in our locality and beyond. We are looking for someone who has a heart for seeing our children grow in faith and love of Jesus, as well as a caring nature, who can relate well to adults and children alike. You will have experience in leading children’s groups in a local church, as well as be able to work well with a good team of volunteers. You will add value through your creativity and ability to initiate as well as implement new ideas.

This post requires that you are a committed Christian and successful appointment will be subject to references, DBS and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary £20-23k, accommodation is provided and training costs covered (e.g. Diploma/Degree at Cliff College)
