Discipleship Year at St Paul’s for 2022-2023

We are offering 1 x DY placement for 2022/23, that will focus primarily on supporting our incredible Children’s ministry, as well as providing opportunities in a number of ministry areas (including worship, youth, young adults, media and social action).

St Paul’s hosts the Ealing Hub, which brings together DY students from a range of students for a day of teaching, worship and relationship each Tuesday.

What is DY?

It is about growing as disciples of Jesus, learning how to serve him and his Kingdom with the whole of your life, for the whole of your life. We want you to become Disciple-Making Disciples. It will take you on a life-changing journey of discovery and adventure, where you’ll be inspired, get practical Kingdom experience, make life-long friendships, and have a lot of fun in the process!

Who is it for?

Young adults aged 18-24, who are committed followers of Jesus, and would love to serve at a Church, grow in their faith and make a difference in the lives of others.

When does it run?

5 September 2022 – 21 July 2023

How does it work across the St Paul’s family of churches

St Mellitus Hanwell, and St John’s Church are each offering 1 x DY placement. They are very local to us and a part of our family of Churches. As such there will be opportunities for the 3 DY placements to work closely together and support the different churches at times.
