St Paul’s Ealing are looking to recruit a new youth pastor to lead their growing and vibrant youth ministry. St Paul’s youth ministry also encompasses St John’s & St Mellitus, which are a family of churches working together across Ealing and Hanwell in West London. Together we are passionate about continuing to reach out to young people in our local community and help them to grow as disciples of Jesus. You’ll join a friendly, committed and motivated team and be part of a resource church that is planting & revitalising churches in our locality.
We are looking for someone who has experience in working with young people, able to work well with a good team of volunteers and bring a creative approach to youth ministry, primarily at St Paul’s, but also across the three churches.
Whilst the primary focus of the youth pastor will be leading the youth ministry, it would be advantageous if anyone applying had skills & experience in one or more of these areas:
Creative communication: social media, brand design, creating videos or online content
You will be based at St Paul’s Church and employed here. This post requires that you are a committed Christian.

Salary: £21000-23000 depending on experience

Discipleship Year Student | 2022-23
Are you aged 18-24? A committed follower of Jesus? Wanting to grow, make a difference and invest in the lives of others? Applications are now open for New Wine Discipleship Year students at St Paul’s Ealing. We are a large, dynamic church in West London who are offering 1 x full time DY placement the chance to serve in our kid’s ministry, whilst also having opportunities to gain experience in a range of other ministries (e.g. youth, worship, young adults, social action, media). You will also work closely with St Mellitus Hanwell, and St John’s, Ealing, who are a part of our family of Churches and will be each offering their own DY placements. We provide accommodation with other DY students and young adults, and will provide some financial support including help with fees.
